2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Visiting our website, submitting a contact form, sending an email, calling our office, or requesting a consultation does not automatically establish an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship is established only when TT Attorneys agrees to represent you, subject to any required conflict checks and applicable engagement arrangements.
Please do not submit confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information through general website contact forms unless specifically instructed by an attorney.
3. Legal Services and Representation
TT Attorneys provides legal services in accordance with applicable laws, professional standards, and the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.
The availability and scope of legal representation depend on the circumstances of each matter, the firm's ability to accept the engagement, and any applicable written agreement.
Any legal services provided will be governed by the terms of the applicable attorney-client engagement agreement, which takes precedence over these website Terms of Service regarding the representation.
4. Attorney Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy
TT Attorneys is committed to fair and transparent billing practices consistent with the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.
Attorney fees, retainers, advance payments, and refunds are governed by the applicable engagement agreement and the professional obligations established by the State Bar of Georgia.
Refund Policy
TT Attorneys handles refund requests in accordance with the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, including Rule 1.5 concerning reasonable fees, Rule 1.16(d) concerning the return of unearned advance fees upon termination of representation, and applicable rules governing client funds.
- Fees must be reasonable under the circumstances.
- Advance payments for legal services that have not been earned are subject to refund as required by applicable professional rules.
- Fees properly earned for legal services performed are generally not refundable merely because a client is dissatisfied with the outcome.
- Flat fees, retainers, and other fee arrangements will be evaluated according to their terms, the services performed, and applicable Georgia professional conduct requirements.
- When representation ends, the firm will account for applicable fees and expenses and return any unearned advance fees or other funds required to be returned under applicable rules.
Refund requests may be submitted directly to the firm by telephone or written correspondence.
No provision of these Terms of Service or any fee agreement is intended to waive or restrict a client's rights under the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.
All refund determinations will comply with applicable Georgia law and the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.
